Qualified to participate in public and private tenders through SOA certification link to Certifications, we operate as a general contractor or main contractor, managing the entire execution of the work and using selected and qualified subcontractors.

We are familiar with the safety standards for working in airports, from the known supplier qualification to authorisations for personnel and vehicle access, from airport licences to managing visitor access.

We have experience in managing authorisation procedures required to carry out works in accordance with the project schedule: from applications for public land occupation to road work orders, from soil and rock excavation practices to vehicle circulation permit exemptions.

High safety standards are the foundation of operational management on construction sites, for the protection of workers, subcontractors and the public, both in the context of infrastructure maintenance works and new constructions. We provide training, with specific focus on working in the presence of vehicular traffic and in confined and/or potentially polluted spaces.

Compliance with the Technical Standards for Construction is equally important and is verified by a Technical Inspection carried out by a Type A Inspection Body (UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 accredited), prior to the issue of decennial liability insurance.

Furthermore, principles of environmental protection and prevention are applied, including the search for solutions that meet the Minimum Environmental Criteria for construction, as well as the careful and efficient management of site activities to reduce the environmental impact of the production process.
